By visiting our website, submitting a form, requesting a demonstration, or using any service we deliver, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. Acceptance of Terms Using the website, requesting a demonstration, interacting with an automation or AI agent operated by us, or receiving any service constitutes acceptance. If a separate written proposal, order form or agreement exists, that document controls where it conflicts with these Terms. ## 2. Description of Services Custom software and web systems, SaaS products, websites, workflow automation (including n8n automations), AI agents and assistants, AI voice and call demonstrations, messaging and customer communication systems, CRM-style workflows, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), telephony providers and business tools. Scope is defined in the applicable proposal, order or contract. ## 3. Eligibility and Authority You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you act on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate. ## 4. Accounts, Business Assets and Authorizations You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the rights, permissions and consents for any connected assets (social accounts, pages, business manager assets, phone numbers, mailboxes, CRM records, API credentials), for the accuracy of granted access, and for revoking access when appropriate. Keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access. We access connected assets only as needed to configure, operate, support and improve the requested services. ## 5. Acceptable Use Prohibited: violating law or third-party rights; unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, deceptive or fraudulent communications; impersonation or misrepresenting an automated agent where prohibited; processing personal data without a lawful basis or required consent; malware, security breaches, reverse engineering, scraping or disruption; harassment, discrimination or illegal content; reselling or sublicensing without written agreement. We may investigate misuse and take reasonable action, including suspension. ## 6. Third-Party Platforms and Policy Compliance Services may depend on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), messaging, telephony, hosting, AI model providers and payment processors. Their terms and policies also apply and you agree to comply with them. Platform changes, restrictions, deprecations or suspensions may alter or interrupt functionality and are outside our control. ## 7. AI Outputs and Automation Limitations AI-generated text, voice, summaries, classifications, recommendations and automated replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. AI output is not professional, legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You are responsible for how outputs are used. Human review is appropriate and recommended for important, sensitive, contractual, regulated or high-risk communications. Where law or platform policy requires, you are responsible for disclosing automated handling. ## 8. Customer Content and Data You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display it solely to deliver, support, secure and maintain the requested services, and as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion is handled per the Data Deletion Instructions. ## 9. Intellectual Property Kingdom Intelligence Group retains all rights in its software, code, platform, tooling, automation workflows, prompts, templates, architectures, documentation and know-how, including improvements and generalized learnings. You retain rights in your brand assets, content and data. Deliverable-specific licenses or assignments are defined in the applicable contract. ## 10. Confidentiality and Security Each party protects the other's non-public information and uses it only for the engagement. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access controls, role-based permissions and encrypted transport. No system is completely secure; we do not promise absolute security. ## 11. Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination Features may be modified, improved or discontinued, and maintenance may affect availability. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, third-party platform requirements, non-payment or material breach. You may stop using the services and revoke authorizations at any time. Termination of paid engagements is governed by the applicable contract. Clauses that should survive termination do survive. ## 12. Fees and Payment Fees, billing cycles, taxes, third-party pass-through costs, scope, timelines and other commercial terms are defined exclusively in the applicable proposal, order form or written agreement. This page creates no pricing, refund, credit or service-level commitment. ## 13. Disclaimers Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, a specific AI or automation output, or any particular business result. ## 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the period defined in the applicable agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. ## 15. Indemnity You will defend and indemnify Kingdom Intelligence Group against claims arising from unlawful use of the services, breach of these Terms or third-party platform policies, unauthorized use of accounts, assets or data, messaging you send or authorize, and content or data you provide. ## 16. Third-Party Services and Outages Interruptions, rate limits, enforcement actions, account restrictions, deprecations or data loss originating from third-party providers are outside our reasonable control. We make commercially reasonable efforts to restore, adapt or advise on alternatives. ## 17.
