About Kingdom Intelligence Group

Kingdom Intelligence Group LLC is a technology company based in Lexington, Kentucky, United States. We build applied artificial intelligence and automation systems for small and service businesses: AI voice agents, AI messaging agents, workflow automation, integrations and custom web software.

What we build

Our core product is an AI workforce: voice and chat agents that answer inbound calls and messages, qualify prospects with real questions, schedule appointments, follow up automatically and hand off to a human when a conversation needs one. Around those agents we build the plumbing that makes them useful — n8n automation workflows, CRM-style lead pipelines, notification systems, dashboards and integrations with the tools a business already runs on.

Who we serve

We work with clinics, contractors, agencies, real-estate teams, professional services and other owner-operated businesses where a missed call or a slow reply is lost revenue. These teams rarely have an internal engineering department, so we take responsibility for design, deployment, monitoring and ongoing maintenance.

Bilingual by default

Every agent we deploy can operate in English and Spanish, and our team supports clients in both languages end to end — discovery, prompts, conversation design, documentation and support. For businesses serving Hispanic customers in the United States and Latin America, this is not a translation layer added afterwards; it is part of how the system is designed.

Our approach

We start with the process, not the technology. We audit how leads currently arrive and where they are lost, define what a successful conversation looks like, then build the smallest system that fixes it. Everything is instrumented so results are measurable, and we iterate on real transcripts rather than assumptions.
