When you submit the contact form or the AI demo form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, company, business description, industry, phone number and message. If you request a demo call, your phone number is used to place that call and the resulting call record (status, duration, and where applicable a transcript generated by our voice platform) is stored so we can follow up and improve the service.

Technical and log data

Our hosting and backend providers record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps and error logs. This is used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses browser local storage for functional purposes such as remembering your language preference and, for authenticated internal users, maintaining a session. We do not use this storage to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the site and its features, including cloud hosting and database services, an AI voice-calling provider, and email delivery for notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention

We keep inquiry, lead and call records for as long as needed to respond, to maintain the client relationship, and to meet ordinary business and record-keeping needs, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Security

Access to stored data is restricted to authorized team members through authenticated accounts and role-based database access controls. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us not to contact you again. We will honor reasonable requests consistent with applicable law and our record-keeping obligations.
